Two years of online schooling

Two years of online schooling and I am running on fumes. If only I can pull time to just finish this school year, I would. Good Lord, I am just so tired of online school. Our house was not designed to accommodate 3 school tables and 3 work tables -- everything looks so out of place. I am spread thinly trying to handle kids asynch activities on top of my full-time job. I am seriously considering transferring them to another school should their current school not offer F2F learning next school year. COVID sucks. This pandemic sucks. If all of us employees are being mandated to work in our offices, why can't school start opening up? If children are the least affected for COVID, why are schools still keeping them home?

This is just a rant from a Mom who is just so tired of dealing with product tasks, performance tasks, asynchronous activities for 2 years straight. And at what learning competency, minimum learning competency, right? And it shows with my 1st grade son, his reading, writing and speaking skills (especially in Filipino) is not even close to where his sisters' skill were at the same grade level with the benefit of F2F learning. Quality of education has suffered. I cannot even speak for modular learning in public schools but it can only be worse. Please, enough already. GET KIDS BACK TO SCHOOL!
